IN PERSON WORKOUTS ARE COMING BACK!
Faith Fueled Wellness is going back to how it started and hosting Saturday morning in person workouts!
I’m super excited to get back to working out in person. Please note that the time is bumping up just a tad to 8:00 AM. Also, we will now be meeting at Harvest Church of Southern Illinois.
Our Saturday workout program for women is called Faith Fueled Community!
These workouts are for every body type and ability. I can help you modify absolutely anything. You just have to talk to me about your needs. It’s what I’m there for! We will start on September 14th. The cost for these workouts is a suggested donation of $5/workout. Donations help cover my costs to be able to offer these workouts and are greatly appreciated!
ONLINE - DAILY BURN!
Faith Fueled Wellness will host an online group fitness class called Daily BURN!
If you are doing the back to school program this month, it will follow a similar format. There will be five workouts per week. Workouts will be a mixture of cardio and strength exercises. The only equipment needed are some dumbbells. You might find over time to make some exercises more challenging; a set of bands might be a great addition. The cost of the program is $25/month. OR you can pay for the fall session (September-December) upfront at a cost of $75.
All workouts will be loaded onto your monthly calendar in an app that is free for you to use. The workouts include built-in timers, tracking, and videos to demonstrate the exercises. You will be placed in a group in the app with the other women completing the same program as you. The app allows us to cheer each other on as we progress through the workouts. There will also be weekly scripture to meditate on throughout the fall.
You also have the option, at any time, to begin working on other goals you might have, such as weight loss, nutrition, sleep, and many others!

Maybe you love walking and not strength training so much.
There are 4 POWER WALK levels to choose from. These levels are based on the miles you want to walk each month.
100 (almost 4 miles a day, 6 days a week)
75 (almost 3 miles a day, 6 days a week)
50 (almost 2 miles a day, 6 days a week)
25 (almost 1 mile a day, 6 days a week)
But all customizable to the number of days you want to walk!
We will work together to make a plan to help you reach your goal each month based on how many days you plan to walk. You will also be in a group with all the other walkers each month, cheering each other towards their goal. You'll have access to me as your coach. As well as options for nutrition tracking and other goal setting options!
